越南水產加工原料魚嚴重短缺越南今(2011)年初因原料短缺及進口成本攀升，迫使147多家水產加工及出口業者轉業。越南水產出口暨生產業者聯盟(VASEP)指出，歷經蝦病爆發、生產量銳減重創的水產業，又因原料魚短缺被迫歇業或縮減營運規模。一家位於湄公河三角賣房子洲的水產加工廠表示，每天能買到2或3公噸的原料魚僅為去年同期的一半。VASEP估計湄公河三角洲加上中部的水產加工設備生產力僅發揮三成。位於湄公河三角洲的213,000公頃產蝦區中有將近52,300公頃爆發蝦病，該產蝦區年產量213,000公噸。眼看蝦供應量在未來幾商務中心個月不會有好轉的跡象，業界建議政府開放進口蝦享優惠關稅，以提高生產量及重振出口市場。進口成本高漲也讓業界對近海作業卻步。倘越南水產業想購足生鮮原料得先提高買價，才有可能與中國大陸貿易商在近海或港口競購漁獲中勝出。（摘譯自INFOFISH Trade 燒烤News, No. 13/2011，15 July 2011）SEAFOOD FIRMS FACE CRISIS DUE TO RAW MATERIAL SHORTAGEAs many as 147 companies have stopped seafood processing and export to pursue other businesses since thebeginning of this year, prompted by a ARMANIshortage of raw material and high input costs. The Vietnam Associationof Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP) said the raw material shortage, which has forced manybusinesses to shut down or reduce the scale of their operations, has 房屋買賣been caused by shrimp diseases andreduced production.A seafood processing company in the Mekong Delta said the firm was able to purchase just 2 or 3 MT ofmaterials a day, about half of what it could get during the same period last year. 建築設計VASEP estimates that manyseafood processing facilities in the central region and the Mekong Delta are only able to run at 30% of theircapacity. Diseases have damaged nearly 52,300 hectares out of 213,000 hectares of shrimp producing 酒店工作area inthe Mekong Delta. The region annually provides some 213,000 MT of shrimp.With no signs of the supply getting better over the coming months, many firms are saying the governmentshould allow import of shrimp with preferential tax 襯衫rates so that they can continue production and retain theirexport markets. Meanwhile, many companies are not interested in offshore fishing because of high inputcosts. The shortage is also because local firms have to compete with 代償Chinese traders in purchasing seafoodoffshore or at ports. To get the raw material they need, Vietnamese firms have to raise their purchase prices.
